Opinions about food

The opinions are sharply divided about the question if there are sufficient quantities of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and spore elements in our daily food.

The responsible civil services continuously declare that a so called “balanced feeding pattern” contains all ingredients a human being needs.

On 10 April 1995, the Dutch Minister of Welfare, Health and Sport at the time, Mrs. Dr. E.Borst-Eilers, was sent a detailed report entitled:

“Deficiencies in Dutch nutrition patterns”

by Ruud A Nieuwenhuis, director of the Foundation for Orthomolecular Education.

In this report the results of calculations about nutritional values prove beyond doubt that there are insufficient quantities of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and spore elements in the so called “balanced feeding patterns”.

And don’t forget the effects of pollution, of the impoverishment of farming land and areas for cattle breeding.

Following the news items of our media and press, we almost daily meet with items concerning food. Very often alarming announcements are made, for example a too high percentage of poison in certain vegetables or the concealing of information by the Commodity Inspection Department. In fact too many items to mention.

We, MMAC-people, have known for years already about these deficiencies for the human body and their consequences.

The consequences are not only related to people, but to animals as well and certainly to our domestic animals and pets
